Chakras receive and send energy, which can effect nearby organs. However, when a chakra is imbalanced or blocked, the energy flow is disrupted. This can result in health issues in the surrounding areas.

There are seven chakras in total. Each chakra is associated with certain stones (healing crystals). It is believed that the stones energy can stabilise that specific chakra.
